Deferring communication with project for 2 days, 9 hours, 12 minutes, and 45 seconds

1. The relevant line is the min_rpc_time. Delete it from the client_state.xml and you will contact immediately.
2. A simple "update (prefs from) project" (-update_prefs http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu) should have done the job, too.
3. The "9 minutes and 58 seconds" was probably just the end of the "countdown", which must have started with a failed contact resulting in deferring for at least one day and five hours. Failed again then, it just doubled the original time again.
