Looks like a broken data file on your disk. Your Client (5.4.9) doesn't check the input files for consistency before starting the App.

You can either
- wait until you get tasks that don't require the broken file
- reset the project to download new data files from scratch
- stop the client, remove the broken file h1_0513.90_S5R2 from the project directory, and start the client again (it should download a fresh copy)
- upgrade the Core Client to a version that checks the input files before starting the App (version 5.6.x & up IIRC).
