Files finished and reported still show "In Progress" on web

Hm, hadn't the time to look through all of them, but the first name you gave belongs to a Result with id 1320392 which was indeed assigned to you, which in turn belongs to a WU with id 386805 - don't know where you get the 346805 from. This Result has indeed not yet been reported to our database - can you find the time when the report happened from the messages? The only explanation I currently can think of is that this information got lost as a result of the server crash we had yesterday. The scheduler may have gotten the report but may not had the opportunity to (persistently) pass it to the database.
