Hierarchical S5 all-sky GW search #6 3.01 app

GW Search Apps are compiled with gcc-4.0.3 (Linux), gcc-3.4.5 (Windows) and gcc-4.0.1 (Mac OS X). The compiler version only really matters for the Mac OS PPC App; for all x86 platforms the time-critical code is hand-crafted assembly code anyway and not compiled from C source.
