Mac OS X: Has Anyone Encountered This Problem

Looks pretty odd, i.e. if the machine cannot properly resolve "localhost", or its own name. Looks like a misconfigured DNS server or broken /etc/hosts file. Do you get a message (a few lines below) which name it failed to resolve? Which OS version are you running?
