possible ABP1 download errors

Due a race condition in our new ABP1 workunit generator two charges of workunits (628 workunits each) have been sent out with the wrong md5 sum for a file named "templates_400Hz.bank". This will lead to about 2500 ABP1 workunits that will return with a download error (without wasting CPU time). Sorry for the drop in quota this may have led to, the problem has been fixed and shouldn't occur again.
