In fact those 13 WU had been sent to your machine a number of days earlier. But your machine never got them. They were resent the next time that your machine contacted the scheduler, but with a shorter deadline.
When you detached your computer from the project, the workunits were cancelled, just in case THEY were the source of the problem that caused you to detach.
Is everything working OK again?
