I've changed the message that the BOINC scheduler sends to the BOINC client.

OLD: Removing file FILENAME to free up disk space

NEW: BOINC will delete file FILENAME when no longer needed

I hope this rewording prevents further confusion. If someone can suggest a clearer and/or shorter wording, I would welcome it.
