Unrecoverable error

Usually a hint to the problem can be found in the last lines of the stderr section of the results marked with "Client Error". In this case I read:

Quote:
[pre]2006-10-31 12:04:55.7968 [normal]: Fstat file reached MaxFileSizeKB ==> compactifying ...2006-10-31 12:05:01.5937 [CRITICAL]: Failed to rename Fstat file to "../../projects/einstein.phys.uwm.edu/h1_1445.5_S5R1__2747_S5R1a_2_0": 17: File exists
2006-10-31 12:05:01.5937 [CRITICAL]: Windows system call returned: 183
2006-10-31 12:05:01.5937 [CRITICAL]: Couldn't write compacted toplist to '../../projects/einstein.phys.uwm.edu/h1_1445.5_S5R1__2747_S5R1a_2_0'[/pre]

To me this looks like either a full harddisk or a problem with the permissions in the project directory.

I'd suggest you actually detach from Einstein@Home, look into
"C:\\Program Files\\BOINC\\projects" and if there still is a directory "einstein.phys.uwm.edu", remove it manually before attaching to Einstein@Home again. This should create a new project directory with correct permissions.
