The database server is running more slowly than it should. We are going to have to 'compact' the database and perhaps add more memory to this box. In the meanwhile, when the load is getting too high we are taking the scheduler off-line for brief periods. This may cause your machine to get an error message and then do retries. Hopefullly we will be able to fix this in between Christmas and New Years.
