why I always receive unrecoverable error after 1 minute.

In stderr of your tasks I read:
[pre]2006-09-19 07:16:41.9375 [CRITICAL]: Failed to open checkpoint-file 'Fstat.out.ckp' for writing. Exiting.[/pre]
The checkpoint file is written in the BOINC/slots/* directory. It seems that the user BOINC is running as somehow has no permission to write or create files in that directories. Try to fix this manually or
- Uninstall BOINC
- Remove the rest of the BOINC directory and all subdirectories (usually C:\\Program Files\\BOINC)
- Install BOINC again
- Attach to Einstein@Home again

Instead of re-attaching you can save your account_einstein_phys_uwm_edu.xml file somewhere and put it back into the BOINC folder after re-installation.
