Bernd/Bruce, I appreciate what you're trying to do with the fair credit across projects, but I'm not sure it's a good idea to slip these changes in without comment - it can make the natives restless...
This failure to communicate is my fault.
A couple of days ago, after studying the average credit/hour of E@H hosts and comparing with other projects, I came to the conclusion that we were granting about 8% too much credit, so I reduced the granted credit by this amount.

Believe me, we DO listen. But sometimes there is honest disagreement about what is in the best interests of the project and the BOINC community. In such cases, I have to think carefully and then decide. This decision might not be what you would have chosen, but it doesn't mean that I am not listening. I am forever grateful to you and the other people who run Einstein@Home. Without your support, we couldn't do any of this analysis.
