    adream,

    Your machine does one WU every four hours. Thus it can do at most 12/day. Since it has two cpus, the quota should limit it to 16/day (this is 8/cpu/day).

    So I agree that the problem is that WU are being lost in sending them to your machine. The latest BOINC client getting public distribution for the Mac is 4.43. But the ghost problem is only fixed in 4.45. I suggest you try one of the development clients from here.

      You are correct in your description, Gary. If a ghost WU is no longer needed, then it won't be resent. Anyway, let's see if adream now gets enough work to keep his fast CPUs busy!
