Flashing BOINC icon

afaik the boic client sets the "i" when there are new messages from communication with the server (even when successful). So if you are permanently online this should be the messages about uploading the result. And, yes, this is a feature of the BOINC client, not of einstein@home.

BOINC will flash the I in red rather than blue when there's a problem. So far with Einstein that is pretty rare.

Changes are as stated:
- Revamped MSI installer
- Origional boinc gui split into a core that runs as a windows service or as a daemon progrma on linux
- Revamped Boinc Manager on all platforms (linux one noe complies as at today), that cna control a locla boinc cc or a remote client.

Work in progress:
- Display of screen saver graphics from the boinc worker process as a saperate process.
- Squishing of small existing bugs.
- Further work on Max OS X client compile.
