Host 9068

I looked at the internal database for host 9068.
It's a Pentium 366MHz running XP. Hey guy, show up, we need your help to track down the problem - since your IP is a private one, you may be using a proxy!
Please give us some feedback so we can find the reason why you keep getting download errors!
Others, don't worry: upon a client download error, a new job is automatically created for every affected workunit, and it's done pretty quickly so there's no need to fear...

laughingboy,

thanks for keeping a sharp eye on others' problems. (In fact, they are ours too.)

I sent him an e-mail and hopefully the whole problem turns out to be a proxy issue... I had one myself some weeks ago which gave me upload errors (which are more catastrophic than download errors)

Looked at the database, yes he's eaten 120 jobs in several bursts, using up the "requests per user per day" within minutes...
The policy is never to give the same WU to a user again, so it will take some time until 120 times 3 users have requested them again.
Please be patient. Time heals almost all wounds, you will get credit where credit is due
