In issuing work, the scheduler takes into account the 'active fraction' and 'on fraction' of the machine. Is the home machine turned off much of the time, or not available for BOINC much of the time?

It looks like this machine trashed 8 WU in a row, with client version 4.22. So I think it's running up against the daily quota for not getting more work.
It would help me if you could please cut-and-paste or trascribe the complete message that you get about not being able to complete work. I'd like to make sure that the message is reaching your BOINC client OK. Also, please tell me the current BOINC client version.

It looks like this machine is getting plenty of WU. Do you agree?
