What's the default language that your browser adverises? What language do you normally see the E@H pages in?

Well now that page is in Polish!!! I SWEAR I'm not crazy & this is not a joke. So far the other E@H pages are displaying in English just fine. This is how the page looks, copied & pasted right from it.

If you pass by on http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/language_select.php and select English, will all pages then show in English? Even after you deleted your cache and restarted the browser?

I'm using Juno's version of a web browser. I selected English from the link you provided, and the page is displaying in English now. I still find it odd that it would display in two different languages without having changed anything else!

To answer your other question, I'm from the US, but my wife is from Poland.
